Additional Notes

The Farmhouse is fully Centrally Heated. Air Conditioning is not necessary as the Farmhouse's 2 ft thick walls keep the interior cool even in the summer months. However, fans are provided in each bedroom. The patio is all on one level so is ideal for children - plenty of room to run and explore the countryside.

Outside - There is a fantastic 'floodlit' private pool (8x4.5m) with tiled steps down in to shallow end (1m depth) to maximum depth of approx 2.2m. Large patio area with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and Gas barbeque. There is also a Pergola providing shade if needed. The pool is not heated and is very pleasant between the months of May and September.

Living Room - Open plan lounge / dining room, traditional wooden staircase to first floor. Original beams and open fireplace with wood burning stove. 3 sofas, satellite TV & DVD player. Dining table seating 8 people comfortably.

Kitchen - Fitted kitchen complete with double sink and granite worktop. Appliances include; Cooker with gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine

Ski & Snowboard - Skiing in the Nevada is fantastic. Great family skiing with a creche available for young children. It is said to be the best 'Apres-Ski' in the whole of Europe and very reasonably priced. 70km of ski slopes and 20 ski lifts. Further information available on request. 1hrs drive from the hotel.

Golf - The Granada Gold Club is situated on the outskirts of Granada and is approx 30 minutes drive from the villa.
